Swiss Village

The existing Swiss hall was a community center for immigrants over a century ago and the rejuvenation of this old Swiss settlement and neighborhood encompassed the development of mixed use housing over the 2.7 acre site.

Swiss Hall was converted into 18 apartments, condos and lofts and is a nod to the long history of the site by maintaining the imagery of the past. 23 new single family homes each with an individual look and garage surrounding the site.

BANTA CMC handled every aspect of the multi-phase project from developing the initial budgets, program management, procuring all of the various vendors and contractors, construction management, intimate oversight and closeout. BANTA CMC saved the developer over 100% of our fee.
