Presbyterian Church (USA) Foundation - New Headquarters
Project Details
This project is a 31,848 square foot, 2 story commercial building designed to serve as the Presbyterian Foundation's New Headquarter.
The exterior of the building is comprised of curtain wall, storefront, brick, EIFS, and metal panel facade. The roofing system is a durable TPO .060 membrane that is mechanically attached and includes a large skylight.
The interior will include interior finishes tailored to the needs of the Presbyterian Foundation and their tenants. The structure will have a fully suppressed and addressable fire protection system, RTU/ VAV/ FPT mechanical systems, and electrical and fire alarm systems throughout the building. Exterior facade lighting, landscape, and hardscape designs.
